$55,000

Great Level Laying lot in the Valle Crucis / Banner Elk areas with small creek in backyard space. Very easy building site with an option for Shared Well Rights, 1,200 square foot minimum, short term rentals allowed, approx 3,300 feet elevation and a previous 3-bedroom septic permit. Meadow Creek is a private, low key setting that offers community views, nice elevation for cool temps and a solid owners association. Several new homes have been built in the last 2-4 years and a few more are in the planning stages. The Meadow Creek Community did not have any substantial damage with the recent hurricane.
